As time passed, I observed the same imbalance in other tech areas, like founders and CEOs. It wasn't that someone was deliberately holding us back; rather, not enough women were stepping up. In 2018, while working at Microsoft, I started my first group coaching session. I faced resistance from brilliant women with Ph.Ds who were hesitant to speak publicly. So, I created a program to help women in tech develop and deliver presentations. I ran this program multiple times for different communities, both inside and outside Microsoft.

Over the years, I've trained many women to speak confidently on stage. In 2023, I launched WiTVoices, formerly known as WiTToast. My goal is to support women in tech, not just in overcoming stage fright or mastering public speaking, but in finding their true voice. I aim to empower them to speak confidently and authentically, not as society, friends, or colleagues expect, but as their true selves.
